This Acceptable Use Policy applies to everyone who uses Skills Tech Workspace and the connected Skills Tech products. It is part of, and incorporated into, our End User License Agreement. Using the Services means you agree to it.
You may not
- Break the law, infringe intellectual property, or violate anyone's privacy or rights.
- Upload or connect content or repositories you do not have the right to use.
- Attempt to access accounts, data, or systems that are not yours, or probe, scan, or test our security without authorization.
- Misrepresent proof: fabricate, falsify, or claim ownership or mastery you did not earn. Proof integrity is the point of the platform.
- Use team dashboards to surveil, rank, or take adverse action against individuals. The dashboards are for system coverage, not for monitoring people.
- Interfere with the Services: overload, disrupt, reverse engineer (except as the law permits), or circumvent usage limits, security, or entitlement controls.
- Resell, sublicense, or provide the Services to third parties except as your plan expressly allows.
- Upload malware, or use the Services to distribute unlawful, harmful, or deceptive content.
Automated access
Automated or programmatic access is allowed only through interfaces we provide, within any published rate limits. Do not scrape, crawl, or bulk-extract data except as expressly permitted.
Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations and may suspend or terminate access to protect the Services, our users, or third parties. Where practical we will give notice, but we may act immediately for serious or ongoing harm. Nothing here limits our rights under the EULA.
